Cancellation Policy

• If you paid with a Credit or Debit card, you will receive a full refund and will be reflected to the bank account/card/wallet in 14-20 working days.

• For Cash On Delivery orders, The Indian Ayurvedic And Wellness Company will issue a cheque in the name of billing customer and dispatch to billing address.

• For orders placed via store credit/Gift Vouchers/Promotions your refund will in the form of an online store credit for the item which may be redeemed at a later point of time on organoveda

• The order once delivered can be cancelled within 10 days. The seal of product should not be opened.

• The customer can cancel the order by writing a mail at support@organoveda.com, info@organoveda.com.
